 背景介紹

巨細胞病毒(CMV)感染是術后一種常見的并發癥，也是術后早期主要的感染和死亡原因。據報道，CMV活動性感染率在腎移植受者中為50-75%，其中有10-30%的患者發展為有癥狀的CMV活動性感染。人外周血CMV pp65的檢測可以幫助診斷急性或復發性CMV感染，荷蘭IQ 公司研發的CMV Brite Turbo Kit能在EDTA或肝素化的抗凝人外周血中，以免疫熒光的方法快速檢測CMV pp65,在病人中得到了廣泛的應用。

試劑盒特點

- 完整的CMV Brite Turbo Kit含有從細胞分離到免疫熒光染色所需的全部試劑

- 試劑盒采用CMV pp65特異性單克隆抗體混合物。抗體C10/C11是pp65的高特異性抗體，很多文獻報道

- 通過間接免疫熒光法檢測CMV pp65陽性 PMNs, 靈敏度高，且結果易讀

- 對CMV pp65陽性細胞進行計數，包括對照玻片。每張片子上含有一個陰性和一個陽性對照點。陽性對照點是正常血白細胞和pp65轉染細胞的混合物

- 整個實驗過程僅需4小時，即可完成樣本收集和分析
